local buyer for wood stoves

I live in a HUGE area in Northern Virginia, as members that are close to me on here will tell you. Anyway, I am curious to see if anyone knows of any kind of buyers for vintage wood stoves. Attached is 2 pictures of one I am most likely picking up tomorrow.



Since scrap prices are so flipping low, I rather sell it to someone who will appreciate it!

New fangled thing called Craigslist...or list on Ebay with local pick up only, if someone wants it bad enough and are not local, they will make shipping arrangements with you.

I didnt know Ebay had a local area option.

Yes, they have a local classified but it also might be worthwhile putting it on the standard Ebay as well, so that it is more visible throughout the US. Just make sure you put in description, "For local pick up only or Buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements".

I am still awaiting on the client to agree to price. I will keep this in mind though for this, or other jobs similar to this.

List it on CL in SW Virginia and Central Virginia. I know that a lot of people in those areas still use wood stoves to heat their houses. My parents still do and they live outside Roanoke.
