Metal Recycling Entrepreneur
:confused:I have been collecting a lot of scrap metal and ewaste as well as glass bottles, soda cans, food cans, and number 1 and 2 plastic trying to teach my 4 and 6 year old how not to waste anything. I would like to find a yard I can sell this stuff to and not just a recycling drop off, so I can buy my wife a thank you gift for putting up with the starting up of this project. I am in Northeast Dallas

Or...you could go ahead and pay for a scrap room membership. Contribute to the forum, this is a great resource and the people who host it should see some compensation.

for the best price for alum cans go to lake june metals take 635 to lake june rd. go east past the wallmart about a half mile on the right open on weekdays and sat. For the metal cans go to Gold metals 45 south exit lamar do not go to the other junk yards only gold metals. Also at gold you have to have a cash card or they will mail you a check. Hope this helps
