Walter Zip Cut Superior Performance

No doubt about it the Walter zip cut blades outperform and out live the generic crap I've been buying, anyhow I'm using the rear bearing hubs, wheels, rims and tires from a Neon to build a small utility trailer for the John Deere mower we recently purchased.

After removing the spindles from the Neon's subframe had to remove a bunch of excess metal in order to make brackets to affix the spindle to an axle, the box is going o be 5.5' long by 4' wide with a frame made from 2" square tubing. Never have to worry about over loading this trailer and the mower with 26 horse power will not have a problem pulling it.

By removing the brake drum and backing plate this leave me with enough space to mount my bracket inboard, just have to drill a 1 9/16th" hole into some half inch flat plate then four smaller holes threaded to hold the bracket secure.

The extended spindle bracket will allow for a drop axle lowering the total trailer height by four inches.

I discovered them couple years ago. Techs at work throw half wheels out and the flap disks out i grab um. After having the Canadian tire junk sticking out of my arm and chest after blowing apart once they heat up. ......no more of that cap. I can't belive how dangerous the Mastercraft maximum cut of wheels are. I bought two packs on sale...found out why they were on sale pretty quick. Couldn't return them.

Been there done that had a 10 hp 3 phase belt driven chop saw running on a home made phase converter when a 20 inch disk exploded, almost lost the index finder from my left hand had to go to the doctor for stitches and a splint.

Five years later still no feeling in that index finger.

This Chinese crap will be the death of us all if they don't bankrupt us first.
