I am doing this because my Son is a ten year old YouTube freak. He found video to make a furnace. The guy calls it a flower pot furnace. It is very easy to make. I bought everything for $50 at Lowes and probably had a few things here but for simplicity sake bought it all. I will post the link to the video below. It was just to easy to pass up on the opportunity. I am now a stay at home Dad. I work around the house and run around in the mornings but spend most of the day with the kids.
I have a lot of experience in different things. I have done many things. I want my kids to be functioning men. So we do stuff, build things, projects. Got to get them off the xBox. I just want my kids to understand the world and how things work. You may not be able to buy it someday. McGuyver is no longer on TV!!!
I am going to cast some simple Alum. Ingots and maybe sell on
eBay. I do plan to take on some more interesting casting projects in the future. For now it is just me and junior in the yard catching stuff on fire and melting things!!!
I have to tell you I feel this is a must watch video. When you see how easy it is you'll be running to Lowes.
