Thats an Allis-Chalmers '72 All Crop Harvester. Empty weight was around 3,700 lbs new. Have you been able to do this yet? Its a shame that went to pot. Allis Chalmers is big time collectable!

Wow! That is AWESOME.. Thanks for the Info Hypoman. I have NOT been able to get a time aligned with her to get too it. Things keep popping up. Still working to get there though!

I had a dude with torches all lined up and was ready to roll.. The lady nixed that on me.. said I had to do it alone or no dice. She's worried about the property and her mother-in-law.. which I completely understand. The timing of getting her to let me out there has really now been the only hurdle!

sledge....you may want to look at the hubs on that thing befor you start tearing into it.....ive hauled alot of old farm equipment and most of the time i am able to get wheels on it and just pull it in as is.....if you look around it most of those implements fold in somewhat because they are designed to fit on the road when it is nesasary ...most all of those implements take the same type of wheels so there not to hard to borrow if you know any farmers

That Idea has been tossed around.. unfortunately I do not have a FARM plate on my truck. So I cannot legally tow it even if I were able to get it out. It would have to go down I-65 and without the proper tag on my truck.. the ticket would far outweigh any profit. But a great idea!

Usually up here the red triangle would work but he's talking about having to pull it up Interstate 65, they don't even allow moped's on that highway.
I'd throw my buddy a 50 bill and he'd haul it up the road with his wrecker, which would be legal.

Thanks man.. Well this thing is still sitting in a field. Since I was first turned onto it.. the lady never made arrangements with me. Since that time I've sold my truck, my trailer, and all the necessary equipment in order to take this thing down.. and now with steel prices where they are.. it may sit in that field for another 30 years!

I can't see the photos, but if you have an Allis-Chalmers All-Crop, those definitely have some collectors value.

All my photos went poof a while back.. I link them off a Fb account and if Fb changes one tiny little thing they vanished..
