What my load of computers look like,,,

I have mentioned that one of my customers is a trash company that picks out computers/computer equip. out of their trash trucks as they find it. I just wanted to show everyone what kind of shape these are in when I get them. They don't all look like this, some are straight but just dirty. This is one of the worst ones I've had. I got three of them like this one in the load. I only pay $1. ea. for these when their this bad. I thought you guys might get a kick out of this,,

That's sweet. Are you going to be selling the parts on ebay?

I bet being all mangled like that sure makes it tough getting you screw gun in there.

I get them from my guy at the salvage yard. A few look like that as well. Its just a bigger hammer to straighten it out enough to recover the good parts. It sickens me to think of how many have been discarded. Mike.

A couple are so mangled I'm going to take a sawzall to it to open up enough to get the goodies out. At least I don't have to mess with a lot of plastic. lol

Same as regular ones, as long as it's a motherboard.

All it takes is for you to approach the independent (mom and pop) trash companies around the county, Their getting pressure from the Gov't to keep stuff out of the landfills, I haul off other stuff and buy their computers. I got 1 of 2 around here. The biggest one does their own recycling.

to my knowledge, nothing like that exists here. There is the county landfill and a small dump several towns over and thats it.

I get a 20 yd container once a week with computers and other e-waste that looks just like that. I don't pay for it tho.
