Future Metal & Gas Prices ?

Just curious as to know what will happen to the metal markets if gas prices jump to $10.00 gal. like some experts predict?

like every thing else the price of metal will rise. The question will it rise enough to fill the gap of the cost of collection. My guess is like every thing else over the last 40 yrs or so it will rise but not enough to cover the whole cost of the fuel rise. It is called institutional inflation, it is a back door way to raise a form of Tax.
