    cheaper scsi connector?

Got a few working SCSI harddrives and saw that they sell for more than scrap on eBay. Problem is, I don't have anything to connect them to my computer to wipe. Have a couple of harddrive enclosures but those are IDE/SATA. Was surprised to see that SCSI to USB adapters sell for like $150-200. Is there a cheaper alternative -- say in the price range of a typical harddrive enclosure -- that I can use to hook up those drives to my computer? Thx

Cheapest way is to find a cheap scsi card on ebay, and a cable. You will have to leave your computer case open to wipe, or run cables out through an expansion slot. Total cost for this should be around $15-20.

Or just buy a cheap dell poweredge and fire it up and do 6 drives at a time. Thats how I test mine.
