    John Deere 110

I acquired a John Deere 110 lawn tractor with a motor that's in pieces and the body show some age. I have heard that these machines or parts of them are worth money to collectors. Does anyone know anything about these? Ebay was of little help because of shipping costs and the local cragslists don't have much.

Currently looking for a job in or related to scrap/recycling. Relocation is possible for the right offer.

Contact a local distributor to find out if they have any local contacts. Collectors of different pieces of machinery often have a great working relationship with local businesses and network through them. The businesses often like having a resource that can provide the history of their product. You might also check a John Deere forum for contacts like we have here. I know there are tractor buyers that will buy tractors and make a sweep across the country to pick up several at a time. I do not know if the same is true for a 110. Just some thoughts.

    John Deere 110

lawn tractors and ridding mowers can have value, there are features some mowers have that certain groups look for. They may be collectors, racers or have parts that work well for other projects or as parts for yard/maintenance companies. However it is very region and model specific. The only shure bet is a running diesel motor and useable john Deere diesel lawn mowers. Other than that google and a call to a small engine place are your best bet for info.
