    12 volt pm (permanent magnet) motors are a hot item in ebay.. Heres why.. Diy home wind generators builders use them to build power generating windmills... Treadmills are a good source for them... And ametek motors are a gold mine.. Heres how to find out if its a good one from a tread mill hook up an auto test light to the motor and spin the shaft by hand.. If the light lights up your good to go... Get that thing on ebay... Or post an ad on... Hang on i will be back in a minute with the website

    they are interested in motors from heating and cooling units as well... Check it out guys... It sure pays better than the yard way better... Oh and heres another tip if the motor is rated say any higher that 400 rpms forget about it scrap it... It has to be low rpms
