    Vintage Motorola S8000 Mainframe

Hey all! Got this with a load of e-waste last week. A 1987 Motorola server/mainframe. Gonna try to sell it as is but if I can't, will break it down and shoot pics.

We purchase laptop computers and many components for greater than scrap value. We offer a shipping reimbursement program.replies

Had two other mid-80s Motorolas in the same load but corporate desktop quality, not a mainframe like above. Parting them out instead of scrapping but since am parting them out...here is the motherboard and a pair of logic boards that were in the first one. Telecom super high for all (for anyone who still gives those grades!) for the presence of the gold cap ceramics alone. And already sold the (601mb! 32kb cache!) hard drive untested for $125. As high as the scrap prices are for these older boards, they still can't compare to vintage resale prices for computer aficionados.
