I bought a lot of mixed electronics from goverment surplus for 90 bucks....Ebayed 3 items for $375

What packing material and container do you use to ship them? I just got (4) 4gig and (4) 2gig as well as lots of smaller ones in a computer lot I picked up yesterday. Would like to try selling them on Ebay but didn't know if they need to be mailed in one of those static free envelopes?

Thank you Bear! Padded like that, would a flat rate envelope be enough support, or should I go with a padded envelope or a small rate box?

i'd go with padded or boxed myself. Flat envelopes often go through the machine, and i for one have been the recipient of an empty, shredded envelope, not a good feeling

So I listed some on Craigslist and just got back from selling some less than 6 hours later. I had a bunch of old hard drives and ram getting ready to ship out with an e-waste load, but instead just sold 6 hard drives and 8 sticks of ram for $84.

Not sure if that is good, bad, or great pricing, but it's a heck of a lot better than scrap price on untested stuff! Especially since I got all the stuff free in the first place...
