dang man, is that a wood cookstove ? i'd never sell that for scrap, you shouldn't have to either, there in mid TN there are scores of historic places and private collectors needing or wanting furnishings like that.

survival types would kill for that. SELL it or keep it you may need it not too far in the future. I have been looking for one for years.

I think the horseshoes are on the early ones, but one comment mentions EPA work-around, likely grandfathering or something. They're still sought after item, saw one ad asking 500

sweet it would bring $500- ot $1000 around mobile al. at auction any less and i would be surprised, maybe more
consign it to an antique shop, i would love to have it in mine if i was closer.

A lot of very nice looking wood stoves and heater got tossed because the homeowners insurance company would not insure the home with a wood burning appliance unless it had a valid CSA tag on it.Originally Posted by Mechanic688
