    Detached Carport/Garage $10.50

    This looks like a pretty good deal for $10.50 2 car garage and carport wish I had room for it make a nice little shop.



    Description:
    - Detached 2 car garage with 2 carports.
    - Must be moved entirely off property within 45 days of final auction date.
    - Viewing appointments can be made.
    -Move at your own risk. Personal insurance must be maintained. The City will not be held liable for any damages or injuries that occur on the property or during the removal of the garage.

    I can't believe its only 10 bucks. It does say poor condition though but the only poor looking part is the roof seems to me - maybe it leaks but thats fixable.

    Could be in okay condition. I had a government auction employee tell me they downplay the condition of items so people don't come back all pi$$ed off.

    Bought an Astro for $205 bucks. Ad stated the interior was trashed. I showed up and it was flawless for a '94. Just needed a battery. Turned it for $1,200. lol@ gov't folks.

    i think the status stays with something from the time it's turned in. Many times things will be turned in for no other reason than they want a new one, but will be labeled as "non-working" etc

    Had my eye on a portable lab building that was at $325. I was hoping for a sweet deal, but the listing got pulled yesterday with two more days to go.
