    Buyer of Electric Equipment

Found this site when looking for some hard to find parts. They will email you a quote on what they are paying.

Not close to what retail would be, but it could be a good way to move some volume quickly and could better than scrap value.

Another possibility in the world of more than scrap value. Thanks for the post. One thing I would check first before selling any industrial breakers, switches or similar items is the size of the contacts inside. Not all but many switches flip or rotary style have silver button or bar contacts. Some could contain a fair amount of silver and be worth a whole lot more than scrap and likely more than selling to an industrial components buyer. On a side note there's even silver contacts on a switch on some low grade circuit boards (TV), even the light switches in your house may have silver contacts. Washers, dryers, stoves lots of stuff that some of us scrap may have silver thats going on the shred pile.
