I have several salt water sharks, a small black tip reef shark that is starting to get too big, I'll probably have to donate him to a large marine aquarium or Marine World or something along those lines. I also raise and breed epaulette sharks, I have a few leopard sharks and even a woebegone along with a few rays and skates.

I have been keeping salt water aquariums since 1987, if anyone is interested in this type of hobby, I would be more than happy to help.

I do scrapping, metal detecting, car mechanic and "restoring", Civil War reenacting, and urban exploring. Being near Detroit makes all of the stuff really easy and fun

Some real interesting hobbies. I would love to go metal detecting. Always wanted to. Know of some old home places around here that. Burnt many years ago and there is nothing there except a pile of rocks where the chimney was at. And best of all they are way out in the middle of the woods. I like to dig roots. I dig blood root, yellow root, cohash (rattle weed) and of corse ginsing. It is a hobby of mine, as well as a little extra income. I also do a lot of mushroom hunting for about a month in the spring. That is not income though, cause I can eat everyone I find. This past spring I found over 10 lbs..frooze some of them and ate on them all summer. Ran out about august or so. Can't wait till april again!!!

Fiddle heads as they are called around here are ferns. The trick is you have to pick them when they first start coming out of the ground in the spring ( they are all curled up and look like the top of a fiddle) you only have a week tops to get them also need to know what type of ferns you want. I pick a few roots Indian cucumbers, sassafras and my root crops ginseng ginger ext..
I only know of a few mushrooms I can pick and eat and would love to learn more on the subject. Nothing like goin into the woods on a treasure hunt

Most of those ^ are from the past couple of years. I dont get out much any more.

    These...
....I just collect/keep for the heck of it. Found in the past ten years.

So what are your hobbies? I am curious as to what others do.
Some cool stuff you have. I really would like to get into it myself. I love watching the shows on it and seeing what they find.

Such a great photo you've got! I believe I can find some tips about hunting for treasures, since personally me with my friend wants to go on it. Since we saw a lot of different things on the TV, we felt ourselves like a real treasure hunters but we don't know where to buy and how to use it. So I found another article about this tips, where I learn more about it. So if someone has some useful tips about it, please feel free to help me.
