Wait, that show's back? I remembered when it aired a couple years ago and it sucked.

I thought this type of show would come. Hope they don't inflate profits like on storage shows.

I watched one episode a couple of years ago and was really unimpressed. Looked like losers chasing their tails.

I saw a few episodes on youtube. Pretty crappy show i would say. They act very unprofessional. If I was to act like they do on pick ups, I would never get a call again for scrap.

the sad part is millions watch and believe this crap, and the tragic part is that is what they think you are. it will do nothing but great harm to our industry, just like all the other reality BS. every single person on this forum should send the net work an e mail.

I too thought it was crap!! Yeah, I hate those storage auction shows as well, but scrappers could really hurt the publics view of what we do..plus all those guys seem to be complete idiots..it's only good for a laugh at most..

The one where were trying to bend the 30' pipe to fit it into their van was enough for me. It's called a sawzall. The jersey shore of the Scrappin world.

Haven't seen the show but can guarantee aint no reality involved. Those shows are scripted and filmed like a regular TV show. How bad can 'Reality' TV shows get. On the Gold Rush show up in Alaska some folks from Oregon shot a Bear in their camp after going out and getting a tag they made it look like they shot in self defense on the show. Leaving food and garbage out in a camp just invites the bears in and you should read some message boards up there natives are rooting for the bears.

I haven't seen the show yet either , but having two former neighbors who star on a storage auction show and claim they have done it for over 20 yrs. , but there previous knowledge about the business was asking Us what we were doing in our driveway , before they moved to Ca.
