    new computer :)

    partner just brought me a server . Dell power
    edge 2600 to use as a comp has 3 hard drives 180 gig each 2 power supplys



    has Linux and fire fox soooo I gotta figger those out

    Firefox is a no-brainer really, but Linux is a horse of a different color. Although it has a graphical environment like Windows it is definitely different. Don’t try to use your Windows knowledge when running Linux (any distro). And by all means don’t let any kids jack around with it. When Linux brakes it can be very hard to fix, even for somebody well seasoned in Linux.
    By the way that Dell is a real scream’ in machine. Put your seat belt on. LOL

    Ahh I remember the days where our server room had some of those 73GB hard drives tho They are work horses.
