No luck yet. Didn't get it done of Friday due to work and the BSU game that night. Went out today but United was closed for the holiday weekend. Took it to Western, but they don't have a gun to shoot it with their best guess was either lead or cast aluminum. If it turns out to be lead I can sell it for more to someone who cast bullets. If it's aluminum I don't know what I will do with it.

Yeah Western isnt that kind of place. I talked to Tom from United off of Eagleson on Thursday. Told him i have a friend that has some kind of ingot he needs shot. He said no problem, to come by on Tuesday.

In other news, it was fun to watch BSU get their @$$ handed to them, put them in their place. ;-)

Holy smokes....not to insult your yard, but if they can't tell the difference between cast aluminum and lead then I would take my material and get the hell out of there! Looking at the pictures and speculating on what you have is one thing, but I could tell the difference between aluminum and lead with a blindfold on.

This turned out to be a bar of aluminum with a little copper mixed in. It is basically worth a little bit more per pound than cans.
