Change of AOR, Eastern NC to Central CO

    Hello all,
I just received notice of orders from Eastern NC to Colorado Springs, CO. Anyone in that area can shed some light on how things work out there? Is there anything particular to the area? I have heard talk of licences in some places, yards not taking anything with freon, or microwaves. I dont mean to sound silly, just trying to get an idea of what to expect when i get there.
    Thanks all
    matt z

Let me be the first to pre welcome you to Colorado. Firstly by thanking you for your service. Actually, I believe the rules and regulations here are relaxed as compared to other parts of the country. Depending on the yard you use, yes you will need to provide ID and some refuse microwaves and refrigerators.

We would be more than happy to direct you towards yards that we favor when you get started. i would recommend PartTimeScrapper to sell your Ewaste as he is less than an hour from you. Also i find KzBell helpful and cool and hes not far from where your stationed. Feel free to private message with any questions.

Welcome to the forum Matt...I think you find that Colorado is a great place to live with some good yards that have decent prices.
