I bundled up this morning and broke out my scooby hat!! Kid busted out with the winter coat, hat and gloves then cranked the heat in the truck until I couldn't breath. 30 something this morning and only 49* in the house. I'm refusing to turn on the heat yet.... High 60* to low 70* this week.... I can hold out a bit longer lmao...

I'll be stacking the blankets on the bed already though... no freezy freeze for me!!!

I love cold weather. The colder the better, give me single digits and I am happy. I even ride my mountain bike in 12 degrees out in the woods. The best thing about freezing temps (besides not feeling pain when you smash your knuckles) is that it keep most people inside. Less competition and more for me.

Yep frost on the ole truck windshield this morning here in Idaho too.

Gotta love living in the desert. Hot during the day, then drops 40 degrees at night.

I'll take 90 degrees all year (well, almost all year lol) unless we get tons of snow. I don't like the cold very much if its below freezing and I can see the lawn lol but like someone said before, competition slows down.

oh ya...I love the smell of the paper mill in the morning. Grew up spending summers and winters in Casco off Rt. 11 for my whole childhood. Had some land on a lake there, eventually built a house. Still have cousins in Raymond. Funny story...i moved to Fla in the '90's and worked for a tech company. Got a call to go to Maine to work at some paper mill that was flooded out (mid-late 90's). I told my boss i had to go because i knew people that worked there
