    everybodys opion on the best lightest steel toe work boot out there

    I heard converse had a good one,looking something light going to be walking on concrete all day:: thanks for the feed back

    I am not sure the brand name, but it is a black pair from my local walmart. About 30 something dollars. Generally last me for about 1 to 2 years.

    Actually I have used those for the last 5 years( new pair every year though). Nothing bad to say about them light and very cushy i used to have to line my old boots after 3 weeks cuz the cushion would wear quickly Just wanted to add that is from working in a machine shop for last 17yrs

    no steel toe in the winter, not gonna do it, this time of year i wear leather boots with full leather uppers and thinsulate in them, also i make my own laces out of paracord its much cheaper and stronger than store bought laces

    Duluth Trading Co. has a plastic toed boot. They are just as durable and the plastic doesn't get so cold you can hardly wear them/ Something to think about.

    the lightest steel toe is none at all. Besides the fact that if anything ever hits your toes hard enough to crush them, it'll crush those too, leaving your toes(if any are still attached at that point) impossible to remove from the shambles
