So the scrapyard where I take my shred has this Sweet Young Thing working working the counter and doing the payouts. Quite attractive.

Came in to get my check and she says "Oh, I see you have a big load today!"



We all tried to keep straight faces, but one guy let out a chuckle, another started to laugh and then the whole room erupted in laughter as she turned a beautiful shade of pink!

I'll certainly understand if this gets deleted but it was too good not to share...

Am I gonna get banned?

There are soooooo many things that could have been given as an answer to what she asked...lol....thanks for the chuckle.

If you had said it - it would have been harassment ...... LOL.

Hey, Scrapette, since she didn't work as my employee, it would NOT have been harassment. It WOULD, however, have been rude. I am not so foolish as to think a teenage girl is coming on to my 55 year old studliness, so I wouldn't do anything deliberately that would embarrass her or make her uncomfortable.

However, she has recovered nicely and is taking it in stride. I went back in today. She winked and said something about bringing her another big load. Now SHE is teasing the old guy!

And I didn't mind a bit...
