Are these guys two of our high level elected government politicians in disguise? Funny vid. I'm sure some of the fiscal cliff meetings sound something like that. A lot of words about nothing which makes absolutely no sense to something no-one can understand.

Only thing I understood was:
Be sure to check your headlight fluid. Allowing it to run low can cause wear on your muffler bearing and throwing your transmission timing out of whack thus causing a mis-fire to your air injectors.
