What really grinds your gears?
So here's the rules.
1. You can only post one thing that grinds your gears per post.

When people scrape the fork on their teeth while eating. Rather than using their lips, they use their teeth to pull the food off of the fork. :eek:
That really grinds me gears.
Working with some who wants to ram,ram ,ram.I like to consider the options and make a game
plan and then deviate from there if needed!
