    Breaking in the New Place

    It's been a busy past few weeks moving, getting the old place ready for new folks and getting the new place dialed in for us. Indoor/outdoor work area in the old place were next to each other but my office was on the second floor, now all three areas are next to each other so it's easier to bounce around when working and fielding calls/orders.



    Needed to build a shed right off the bat for the outdoor area and to help hide stuff. Here's the wife's view...

    Today was the first day in a while when all that was going to be on my mind was scrapping and the Scrap Gods pulled thru when the phone rang early with a pick up of over a ton less then a mile from the house.

    Nice shed KZ and good to see ya doing well. Sure the scrap gods will keep ya busy as you get settled. Good idea on getting things closer to one area, and its easier on the knees if you don't have to repeatedly climb stairs. Heh.

    I'll do my part and sacrifice a canned beer to toss in with the next load. :P If it'll help you with the scrap gods.

    That's a real nice setup you got there KZ! That's one of the most well organized scrap piles I believe I have ever seen. Oh, btw, you better get ready. You know the wife is gonna make you paint her view. Red, yellow, something.....

    man my sheds never com out that good.in fact they look like wood debri. got any pixs of the inside. maybe my next one will look just as nice

    Bear and Sky the shed is on the very back of the property and that side of the shed can't be seen from the road...anyone snooping around there is definitely trespassing and won't be needing to worry about the dog anymore.

    I like the 'flower box' and 'white picket fence' touch for your wife's view. What year is the old Ford truck in the background? It looks a lot like the green '68 F250 that I have.

    That's the same setup as my '68 bump, along with a 4.10 rearend. Same color and all.
