What can I say Sir except that I was listening to real bands like Pink Floyd and sipping on my sweet tea way back then.

We mid-westerners have a higher standard when it comes to music.

    Motorhead? Pshaw!!!!

I've never been a fan of cover bands and especially Pink Floyd cover bands but if you are a fan you should check out the band below.

MobyDi*k00001 on youtube. They're awesome especially Lilian Ximenes who does the vocals for A Great Gig In The Sky.

Of course everything above is just the opinion of a former southerner, relocated mid-westerner and soon to be yankee.

    Oh look...music...in a music thread! /shocknawe

An for the record...I'm not necessarily a fan of cover bands, I do like covers of other big songs by other big artists. Motorhead doing a version of Enter Sandman,or Sympathy for the Devil an pull it off just as good as the original band or better..I can dig it. Motorhead also did a cover of Stand by Me, or at lest Lemmy did. Like I said before tho...it's hard to find a really good cover, but when I do...I enjoy it. Cover bands are great when your at the bar, outdoor spot with music, etc. though.

An the final song for this post...

Sirscrapalot - Likes a LOT of different types of music
