    I had this one until last week. Was in really good condition cosmetically. Something got really hot inside though at one time, and the whole yoke had melted plastic all over it. Someone bought it to put an lcd into since they were decorating their house 50s style.

    Rawresale....That's great, I had one similar to that and someone bought it a few weeks ago for the same reason. I'm glad people are reusing them because they look so great. I should have got a picture of it.

    Both are super cool. Love the idea of melding old tech and style with new tech. Be really cool to see the end product!

    Hey Auskid, I dug out another one of mine today. It's a Philco also. Almost portable with the top handle but has to weigh 40 lbs. Show us some of your collection.

    I can't post images from my iPad, so I have a link to one I just got today AWA Deep Image P1P Ch= 46-05 Television Amalgamated Wireless it's a 1967 tube t.v so I reckon that philco would go in my collection well too xD
    U should power up that philco and post a video on YouTube or an image !

    And, the TV I got has some bad smoking part so I'm going to get it re capped and then turn it on

    That last Philco I tried to power up but it doesn't, not sure what is wrong with it.
