Last year I saw an early 90's Ford Explorer with three 20 foot I beams sticking out the back dragging the road. These were 6 inches by 16 inches and they had to put them all the way up between the two front seats. My first thought was "what a bunch of idiots". About three hours later, I felt kind of silly too when I found out that those beams were MINE. I had taken down a metal warehouse and stacked it to be put up later on my farm and they had been hauling it piece by piece to the scrap yard. I called the cops and they caught them because of the yard's strict ID policy.
Lol got to give those guys points for loading/hauling effort and ingenuity. Loading and hauling almost a ton (not 4 as I originally posted) of steel in a small v6 suv is sorta impressive! If thieves put 1/2 as much effort into honest work as they do into thievery, lots of them would be doing pretty darn well.
