I use CL for scrapping. I have a few different ads and I cycle through them. I also place ads in different places on CL. Stuff for sale, services offered, housing. Lately my ads are getting flagged but what I am seeing more is that my ad will be copied by someone else and changed up just a little bit. This is a new one for me. Guess my ads are just that good. My most recent one was titled "Eco-friendly ewaste disposal" flagged within a day. Stated in the post that everything I tear apart gets handled safely and disposed of properly. I am guessing that the competitors in my area didn't like me posting that since none of their ads stated anything about being environmentally friendly.

Found this fun little ad on CL. One of the phone numbers of the "criminals" is me. I actually got business because someone called me to let me know about it! Just proves what they say, there's no such thing as bad publicity!

I gave it some thought, hit the flag button and let it go. Moron doesn't even give his own number, just derides three other people, making false accusations. Here is the ad for your amusement:

Need junk removal service? Contact me first! (Oakland and Macomb)
Got junk to be removed? DO NOT hire these criminals: they will show up with a little trailer. After taking out a few items, they will say "sorry, no more room". They will then ask for money: cash only, no check, no credit card! Why cash? Because they do not even have a checking account. What? No cash? They will shout at you with F words, then threaten your life unless you give them cash. They may write you a receipt after you give them cash, but that receipt may contain just fake business name and contact info. After they drive away with your cash, you will feel relieved: alas, my life is spared, though most of the work still remains there!

How to identify them? By their phone numbers! Here are the red-flagged numbers: 248-688-5515, 248-224-2188, 248-291-6945.
    Location: Oakland and Macomb
do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers
