hey, if anyone is close to annandale va and has the resource to haul a big oil tanker, go here washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/zip/3628405042.html and email yhis gentlemen.
he will send you a picture of it if you ask.
he is keeping the trailer it is sitting on but the tank is free and up for grabs.
I would do this but don't have the resourses.
EDIT: gentlemen emailed me to state it was removed..
