    Paypal payments

Has Paypal recently re did their payment stuff for ebay sales?

I sold a phone yesterday on ebay for $102, and got paid for it yesterday as well.

When I checked my paypal account this morning (as I do often), I noticed that it is a completed transaction and not a pending one?

I thought paypal put it into pending until 3 days after the item arrives?

I haven't even shipped it yet. Wont be in the mail till later on this morning?

    Just curious really lol

When you first start selling, especially electronics they like to hold payments. After you have established yourself and have sold some items without issue they free up the money faster.

I remember reading that, and guess I forgot about it.

    Thanks for the info kz.

I always fear the worst when selling anything on ebay, but so far every transaction has gone smoothly (knock on wood)
