Plenty of CL ads here for TVs, washers, and basically stuff that a 126 lb chick cannot pick up and will not fit into a Maxima.

You'll need either a trailer, or to figure an easier way to get stuff up in there other than a direct lift. Possibly a tilt of some sort, maybe simple as a wide board with a short piece of bed frame angle attached on one end, that will stay in place while you lean the washer over on it, and then lift the other end with the washer atop it until the washer slides right on in : )
A small boat or utility trailer might be attainable cheap on CL, or possibly free on FreeCycle, and shouldn't be too difficult to prepare for hauling scrap. Not sure if you have a trailer hitch on your car, and that could be the toughest part, but, you can do it ; )

Bear hit it right on...find something to help ya besides direct lift. My wife, does the tilt an lift method.

Or just find a small trailer able to be pulled by your maxima. Or trade in the maxima for a mini-van..ha!

Other then that I suppose ya could fine some young fella to do the lifting for ya, an pay'm out the profit. Quite a few folks from your area on here, maybe one of our fellow Nc'ers be willing to work with ya! I would but alas..I don't leave my sandbar unless I have to...lol. An your a tad far from my sandbar!

Maybe try bringing your tools, and do some basic breakdown of whatever you're going for. Enough for you to handle and fit into your car. Some people might not like this, but worth a try.
