Now the question is: If you hit it.. Would you ever scrap again?
I remember the last time it was high like this about 6 months ago. I thought of all the neat stuff I could do to my trailer (It needed a lot then).. then realized. I'd never have to pull another car in my lifetime! :-)
I'm so into scrapping.. When my Steel Toe Boots Wear out, I cut the Steel out of them and recycle the Toe!

That's a hard answer. Love my job but I know this I could pay someone to get in the creeks to get out them boilers instead of me. Oh to not have to wade in freezing water. What a life that would be.

I would do this only as a hobby. Being able spend time with the kids, priceless. Best of luck to all. Oh and help keep the world a cleaner place

First thing I'd do: throw away every clock/watch/timepiece in the house. The words, "I have to....." will never again exit my lips.

End euthanasia due to dog overpopulation in Texas through a fully free statewide spay/neuter program, coupled with legislation making it prohibitively expensive to register an intact animal, along with one-strike confiscation of unregistered animals.

Then I'd travel the world and get involved with a microfinance project along the lines of The Small Enterprise Foundation.

When I found the place I want to spend the rest of my life (the boonies east of Quito Ecuador is winning that race at this point in time) I'll set up my fiefdom & buy the local law enforcement along with my own personal security team & then spend my days reading, learning, & just generally not giving a bleep about anything.

I'd put my current scrap set-up up for auction here on this forum, with proceeds to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.

I grabbed some tickets. If I won that, my new address would be some ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet, somewhere in the world. Any given ship at any given time. I will spend lots of time on every one of them.

I'd continue to scrap. I do it cause it pays well, but also because I ENJOY it.

Saying all that..I'd promptly buy me a house, a good truck and car, and go on vacation for 6 months till everyone forgot I won.

Then I'd send each and every one of you a magnet and your own traveling cooler filled with your beverage of choice.

I'm very proud of what I've created with Burly Guys Junk Removal. With virtually unlimited funds I would do what is necessary to franchise the business. Not for the money but to leave a legacy.

As long as it was not Carnival Cruise Ships, lol

If I could win any significant amount, I'd try my hand at buying up smaller businesses and getting them running well, maybe leasing them or selling.
