SSA - I always enjoy this thread. Our family debated between turkey, goose, venison, goat, lamb, and ham for Thanksgiving. We decided on turf and surf, steak and lobster. We had to substitute with hamburger and crawdads. When I burnt this meal we had our traditional ham cooked in the cast iron pot. "Eat what is available" - someday it might not be available - self.
