Drove my first zero turn mower this weekend.....

    Aaaaaaaaand it didn't go well!!

Went to the cemetery where my brother works to pick up some scrap (nothing the boss said I couldn't have and which he left out for me), and while we were there he asked if I wanted to drive the zero turn mower.

How hard can it be right?

I can drive any farm tractor out there, any rider, any backhoe, anything like that. But, apparently I can't drive a zero turn!

I got on and off I went without him giving me ANY tips. Important ones at that, all he said was ''off you go.''

You don't wanna know what I managed to wipe out in a 15 foot radius before I figured out how to stop it, slow it down or turn it - my truck, a line of stacked plywood they use for roads, a tree, a flag and a line of bushes all the while screaming ''How do I stop it??? How do I stop it???'' before actually managing to figure it out.

I looked back to yell at him and he was standing there laughing his butt off.

He said, ''We're gonna have a bunch of work orders on Monday.''

I could'a killed him!! I will never ever ever drive one of those things again!!!!!
