    simple question from a "tech-tard"...

If I have a net 10 phone, an LG I think it was, and it's broken. If I purchase an "unlocked" iphone/smart phone from fleabay, can I just simply put the old sim card in the new phone and start using it? or is there a lot more to the process?

Go to best buy and go tech yourself.

LOL its a commercial they have on the radio these days up here, tellin people to go tech themselves. I like the term tech tard too hahaha

It should just be a plug and play deal. Depends on the sim card. I know up here they have 3 different sized sim cards. Jusr be sure to buy a phone built for your carrier and not just an unlocked one. Especially if its off ebay and you cant chech the sim size.
If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all...

Yes as long as it was a gsm version of the phone you are buying ie accepts a sim card. Now you need to check on thenet 10 website to make sure they do not require a data plan for smartphones Iif you do not already have one with the package you are buying.
