Funniest Thread I've read in a long time

I don't know if y'all have read this before or not, but this is just hilarious. I found it a few months back and just never posted it for some reason. The guys commentary and photos had me crying. Enjoy!

Build to Fail, Fail to Build. What is this I don't even.....

Note, after the first set of pics, your going to have to skip to page 5 to see the next "update."

I work construction,on the commercial side ,we do very little residential.Every project has a two phase inspection.one during the rough in phase and when the job is completed.Have seen owners try there handy skills like above mentioned....with no success.Seriously this would be a good representation on how people get killed!

Just wait till the county/township sees this. Im sure he didnt get a building permit. Anyone that would allow this to be built would have to be dumber than the builder. Too funny

Love it. The poster commented in the page 10 photos about the lack of tar paper (shingles going directly on decking). Then in the page 11 photos there's a roll of tar paper laying in the floor. I guess he forgot he bought it. lol I've gotta make some notes because I'll be building a garage next summer. Wish I'd seen this a few months ago though. We are having a house built and I had them go ahead and pour me a slab for a detached garage. Didn't realize I could have just put some 2x4s on the ground. Of course, I might have had to double the OSB in order to drive my car on it.

I think this is honestly the funniest picture of the whole thing:

It's like watching the Three Stooges episode where they built the house. The video auminer posted is awesome. I would spend a week of my vacation to watch this.

The OP of that thread said it best.. "And now, we wait for mother nature to run her course."
Yup.. non-pressure treated wood on ground.. Sad to know it will never get the chance to rot- as one good soaking from mother nature to make soggy and a good puff of wind.. the shed fall down.. go boom.
