Yeah thats how I see so I havent talked to him since he refused my partial refund and wont ship back but did call
ebay and sounds like im doing all the right things according to ebay. Guess ill wait on what he does and I reported him as what ebay suggested so they have a heads up whats going on here. Ill update as I know more.
