accepting friend request

I know it is probably here somewhere, but I cannot find it. When trying to accept a friend request from the forum I select the member and click submit. I only get a spinning circle that lasts until I leave the page. I have submitted several support tickets, but they are all still open. One request was from January 1. I do not know if it is a problem with my computer, my lack of knowledge, or a forum issue. Maybe I cannot be friends until I have a certain number of posts. I do not know.

Another issue I have is when I am responding to a thread, sometimes I get logged out before submitting it. Is this a setting on my computer or the web site?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like your computer to me... I'd help, but I only got one friend request so far!

I only have one friend request as well, but how do you tell them you have not acted on it in the last two weeks. I guess I better have my computer checked. Thanks.

Thank you. I opened it in a new browser and it worked perfect. I have been so frustrated trying to figure it out. Just like everything else, I had the wrong tool for what I was trying to do.

Be sure on the friends request to check the proper boxes(i think maybe you must actually check two in each instance

For getting logged out, make sure when logging in to check the "keep me logged in" box, or when you change pages you must log in again(possibly when you submit a post, it is actually taking you to a new page)

Explorer did not work, but Chrome did.
