    Name this state:

A state in the U.S. where the only way to get farther south is to go north and the farther south you go the farther north you get.

I would guess Florida, due to all of the northerners moving down there.

winner winner winner: Florida was the original lone star state. the eastern half was entered as a state. the west from the Apalachacola and David rivers. the latter of which is now a barely distinguishable dry gulley remained as an independent republic. and was offered to Alabama for one million dollars, they refused the offer considering it largely un inhabitable. The mosquito population was such that cattle could not even be grazed they would be bled to death by the mosquitoes. The flag of the republic of west Florida, the Bonnie Blue was the first flag of the confederacy.

I believe it was in 1903 when the west Florida Republic was un ceremoniously accessed into the east Florida state with out the consent of either province or vote of the relativity few residence.

The state is divided loosely in 3 population categories. west of the Swanie river the people are much like you see in the area of Tennessee/Kentucky, area. From the Swanee east to the Atlantic and south to about Ocalla maybe a little farther south, the populis is similar to the Midwestern farmer/rancher, what I believe is still the largest operating cattle ranch in the U.S. is located in this area.

From this point on the farther south you go the more New york you find. Sooo to get to the south you have to go north to Georgia, or Alabama.

As are most in Florida..if you've ever had the pleasure to see them drive.

I love Florida, but every time I go, I leave thinking..."Woohoo! I made it out alive this time!" Ha ha! An this is coming from someone who's had the pleasure of driving in DC traffic, Chicago traffic, an LA traffic. Ya'll got some crazy ass drivers down that way.

Then again, maybe it's just all the New Yawkers that moved there....

The Post Office has to warn people to check their gear shift to make sure they are in reverse and to check their pedals to make sure they are pressing on the brake. They got tired of the little old people driving their big cars through the glass doors into the lobby.

Yaeh the more south you go down here the lest southern it is. Sir, you havn't seen crazy unless you've been to Key West during October Fest. If you ever go you better keep that cooler under lock and key. Olddud, Ocala also has the best throughbred race horse farms in the world. Maybe I should say 2nd best out side of Kentucky.
