It happens on a diesel when a injector fails.

If an injector is stuck wide open it'll Hydro lock and because you cant compress a liquid, bye bye connecting rod. Happened on a 2011 F250 6.7 Powerjoke. Just broke 200k kms.

Update: Made it to Manitoba! Not without incident though.... guy I bought the truck off was a lieing scum bag.

Long story short, before i bought the truck, my buddy and I test drove the it. Felt good to me. New truck, didnt know what to expect so I thought all was normal. Well... 20 mins from his house... goin down the highway, the Clutch goes. Great. Thank god my buddy had a buddy who knew this guy who did the job on a WEEKEND for me. Great dude. So once its fixed I ask him "so do you think this guy knew the clutch was bad?" His response "without a doubt. Theres no way he could have drivin this and said it was a solid truck. He knew it was bad." (He did tell me its solid, and that id have no issues. Sent me on my way cross country in a "solid" truck) see attached pic of the clutch. You be the judge.

Other than the clutch, this trucks mint and a blast to drive! Sounds like a friggin transport.

other than that, its been running non stop 40+ hrs non stop with no issues! About 5 hours out now.

Had issues with this U haul trailer for my dads 1950 Gmc yesterday. The trailers very unstable. Its not wide enough and sways alot behind the truck. My car trailer is half a foot wider per side.

Congrats on the new rig, looks sweet. I love my 2011 Ram 2500 6.7, but in some ways, I prefer the older ones without all the emissions garbage they've added since 2007.

Sorry about your clutch, some people can be cheap, lying sleazeballs when it comes to selling a used vehicle.

Well I guess I can survive a bit longer.

Enjoy the trip. You know I gotta give you a hard time or you'd feel like I didn't like you anymore.

OK finally have time to upload some pics. Ones of the truck and the panel van I picked up for my dad. The rest are from northern Ontario. Between Thunder Bay and Marathon. Also have a pic of the burnt clutch...

Edit: Forgot I already uploaded a pic of the clutch! Oh well

Thats a nice cummins man! Yeah, I get some road rage too, I really wanna get a duramax, and one of the side reasons is when I get PO'd I can roll coal on them lol. But yeah nice truck man, I'd buy a headache rack or make one for it since it'd really nice.
