Not unique, but **** it was good. Did the onions an peppers on the grill in packets, came out awesome. Sausages the same.

I like steak...nice Delmonico or NY boneless strip, garlic powder, salt, & pepper.
Grill it the way you like it, let it rest wrapped in foil for around 10 min.
I also do the potato packets like newattitude posted, except I add shredded cheddar to mine.

Didn't grill today...made for a version of Beef Bourguignon for Sunday Dinner instead.
