I smother my burgers in Quebec steak seasoning , toast my bun . Topp with mango chutney and Dijon mustard . I usually go with pepper jack but any cheese will compliment this burger. The seasoning makes a crusty shell around the burger that is amazing for creating a nice juicy center . Hope all goes well at the BBQ !
Maybe it's a Maryland thing but cheddar cheese and crab dip end up on top of my burgers quite often as well .
