I keep it simple: ribeye, not tooooo think... stab the #e!! out of it with a fork, flip & repeat. Couple dashes of worcestershire, and small dash of garlic powder and a couple shakes of lemon pepper. Get the grill hot as you can, throw steaks on to sear. Drop temp to 350ish, flip once. Remove at just between medium rare & medium. Side dish of a big honkin () baked tater with waaaay too much butter and an MGD. Makes an auminer happy.
