1986 3/4 ton crex cab 4x4

Jst wondering excact weight before i haul and desroy my trailor..i have two 3500 lb axeles..so im good for about 5800 pounds with weight of trailor.

Gas or diesel? Either way its going to weigh more than 5800 though. How far do you have to tow it? If the wheels turn freely and tires hold air you could flat tow it with a tow bar. Also have you tried selling whole? I know the old crew cab trucks are somewhat desirable if there in semi decent condition.

You are looking for curb weight and this depends on the brand of truck, model, engine, etc. You should be able to do a search for the curb weight if you provide this information. Chances are this information is contained in the forum. In the upper right hand corner you will see a search bar for this forum. If this does not work, try a general search on the internet.

Other considerations beyond axle capacity is the condition of the tires, bumper weight of the trailer, and the capacity of the towing vehicle. You will find many discussions about this on SMF. Good luck.
