I'd roll with Peyton . Philly looked good against indys offense and is coming off 10 days rest .
Kirk cousins is coming off 1 years rust.
This isn't the same Seattle defense. Look what San Diego did to them last week. I made the decision not to start Antonio Gates and he burned the Seattle defense for 3TDs and 27 fantasy points. It is tough playing a good team coming off a loss like that, but I'd put my money on Peyton.
