I rent a large storage unit less than a mile from my house for around $130 a month
My granny also allows me to use her full size basement also less than a mile from the house (FREE STORAGE)
The only main issue I have is fully testing computer equipment I have to bring it home
I sell everything from typewriters to printers on EBAY and these require additional testing
I am handling the items 4 or 5 times sometimes before the sell is complete or the item is scrapped out........I am selling approx 2,000 a month on ebay and around $500 on CL a month.......I am also generating several thousand a month in scrap.......I am right at the level of expanding but I am cautious so I have not made the leap....I worked so hard to get what I have I don't want to lose it on a bad biz decision........I could probably get more material if I stepped up and paid a little more for it but whatever......Either way good luck in whatever you do but if you are not at least meeting these numbers then the answer would probably be NO for sure
