I know nothing about what's available in your area, but I would see if you could minimize the expense of the space. Make a list of your minimum needs. Then see if there are any "alternative" type spaces.

For example a garage with a gravel floor, unused bays at a vehicle repair shop. Look for repurposed buildings, like a tech company may have a unused loading dock or garage. Also with leasing shops you may be paying for features you don't need like 220 power or heat.



I'm in the same boat, I moved from a farm into town and just my running vehicles are causing problems, I'm in the market for a shop!!!
