Shopping CurbCo? Radio Up or Radio Down?

Usually keep the music off with the my window down. Not because I don't like music or air conditioning, but because there have been many times people have seen me driving around and flagged me down with whistles or hollers after I have passed them wanting to give me stuff in exchange for my business card. I'd hate to lose extra money for some tunes.
